Where you sleep in Pattaya decides what your holiday is. November to February is the dry season and the busy one: better weather, higher prices, and the good rooms gone early. Booking ahead matters more in those months than at any other time of year. Outside them you will pay less and share the beach with fewer people, at the cost of some rain.
